IIFT invites application for MBA International Business programme

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) recently announced national

level management test – IIFT 2017, an entrance exam for shortlisting candidates for

admission to its flagship MBAInternational Business (MBA-IB) programme at IIFT Delhi

and Kolkata campuses.

The application process started on July 15, 2016. The last date to complete the process,

either online or offline, is September 5, 2016. The form can be filled and submitted

online, or can be downloaded and sent to the examination authorities.

Sanjiv Puri moves a step closer to ITC top job

Cigarettes-to-hotels major ITC has appointed Sanjiv Puri chief operating officer (COO)

with immediate effect, ending years of speculation as to who would succeed its longest

serving chairman, Yogesh Chander Deveshwar.

In a filing with the stock exchanges, the company said the board of directors, at a

meeting on July 22 redesignated wholetime director Puri as COO with immediate effect.
