Implementation• Now is no sense to construct sophisticated

political, economical, financial, technical and environmental schemes for unreal partial tasks (e.g. for OSW ) since there is no clear vision on common national energy policy.

• Considering the best practice of 4POWER for OSW we decided to join forces with other kind of RES supporting organizations ( LWEA + LAEF) and concentrate our efforts on activities for updating legal sistem .
