5. At the bottom of the screen containing the course data are green navigation
buttons and an indicator as to which screen of how many you are viewing (1
of 37).
6. To move to the next screen, click the right arrow. To move back a screen,
click the left arrow. To exit a course module, click the green “X”. NOTE:
You should always exit a module using the green X. NEVER use the red
IE “X” or your course data may not be saved. The course module will
close and return you to a “Progress Report” screen.
7. The course module you just completed shows that status (successful), and you
can launch the next course module, by again clicking on “Launch” under the
“Actions” column.
NOTE: Modules should be completed in order. All modules and the exam must be
completed before the course is considered complete.
8. Once you launch a certification course, it will appear not only under
Mandatory Training, but also under 2. Training Scheduled. You may launch
it from either place.

9. If you exit the course before you complete all modules, when you re-launch
from either Mandatory Training or Training Scheduled, the last screen of the
course’s first module will always open. When this happens, click the green
exit button on the progress bar. Then you can launch the next module from the
“Progress Report” page.
10. If you close a module without completing all of the screens, the LMS will
bookmark where you left off. The next time you launch the module, the LMS
will forward you to the screen where you left off (as shown below). You can
either continue to “forward” from there or, if you choose to review, you can
drag the progress bar back to the first screen.
NOTE: While the system will allow curriculum modules to be bookmarked, you may not
bookmark the exam. Once the exam is started, an attempt will be charged.
11. Users have two attempts to pass the exam.
NOTE: If the test does not open, you may need to turn off the pop-up blockers. To
do this see the instructions on page 5.
Once the exam is launched, DO NOT EXIT or an attempt will be charged. If exam
attempts need to be reset, your agency’s Group Administrator must contact the Help Desk
(866/LEADS-00).

TO PRINT A CERTIFICATE
1. Under the Training Record tab, select “My Transcript” from the menu on the left
side of the Progress Report screen.
2. The default date range is 3 months. If you are trying to access a course completed
prior to that 3 month period, you will need to expand the date range by changing the
date in the Completion Date After field.
3. At the bottom of the “My Transcript” screen, you can now click on the “Print
Certificate of Completion” link under the “Completion Status” column.
4. After clicking on “Print Certificate of Completion”, the certificate begins to be
generated. This can take a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the speed
of your computer’s connection. A new Crystal Report Viewer window will
