“When we ran our business writing conference, Words that Sell, hosted by Bournemouth University,
Lauren proved to be extremely helpful and reliable. We asked her to greet people as they arrived and
make sure they had their badges and packs. She was a refreshingly friendly face on the door and
definitely contributed to making our guest feel welcome. Lauren was equally useful behind the
scenes, helping us prepare the delegate packs and make up the name badges. She was keen,
dependable and a pleasure to have around.”
