(8) La structure, ainsi que les tats de personnel et defonctions de la Section de lutte contre la corruption et lacriminalit organise du cadre du Parquet auprs de la

Cour suprme de Justice, des services et bureauxterritoriaux spcialiss, seront tablis dans les conditionsprvues par la Loi no 92/1992 sur l organisation judi-ciaire, rdite, avec les modifications ultrieures.Art. 29. (1) Pour le jugement des infractions decorruption et des infractions qui leur sont assimiles,prvues par la prsente loi, peuvent tre constitues desformations de jugement spcialises conformment lart.15 de la Loi no 92/1992 sur lorganisation judiciaire,

rdite, avec les modifications ultrieures.(2) Les juges qui font partie de ces formations dejugement spcialises, les procureurs qui fonctionnentdans le cadre de la Section de lutte contre la corruption etla criminalit organise du cadre du Parquet auprs de laCour suprme de Justice, des services et bureauxterritoriaux spcialiss, ainsi que les personnes prvues lart. 28 al. (4), (5) et (6) recevront, outre les autres droitspcuniaires, une augmentation de 30% du salaire de base.

Section 3

Dispositions communes

Art. 30. La dcision judiciaire dfinitive de condam-nation ou dacquittement peut tre publie dans lesjournaux centraux ou, selon le cas, locaux, mentionnsdans la dcision.Art. 31. Les dispositions de la prsente loi sontcompltes, en ce qui concerne la poursuite et le jugement,

avec les dispositions du Code de procdure pnale.

CHAPITRE VDispositions finales

Art. 32. Dans le cas des actes juridiques conclus enviolation des dispositions de la prsente loi, sontapplicables les dispositions des art. 14 22 du Code deprocdure pnale.

Art. 33. Toute disposition contraire la prsente loiest abroge.

CHAPTER IGeneral provisions

Art. 1. The present law institutes measures forpreventing, discovering and sanctioning of corruption acts

and applies to the following persons:a) who exercise a public position, irrespective of theway in which they were invested, within publicauthorities or public institutions;

b) who fulfil, permanently or temporarily, according tolaw, a position or a task, to the extent to which theyparticipate in decisions-making, or they can influencethem, within public services, autonomous rgies, tradingcompanies, national companies, national societies,

cooperative units or other economic units;c) who carry out control duties according to the law;d) who grant specialized assistance to the units

stipulated in let. a) and b), to the extent to which theyparticipate in the taking of decisions or can influencethem;

e) who, irrespective of their capacity, achieve, controlor grant specialized assistance, to the extent to which they

participate in the decision-making or can influence them,with regard to operations that involve capital circulation,banking, hard currency exchange or credit operations,investment operations in stock exchanges, in insurance, inmutual investment or regarding the bank accounts orthose assimilated to them, domestic and internationaltransactions;
