Notice of Understanding and Claim of Right

Lawfully Established Duties and Rights of Dated May 28th, 2010Patrik-Bernard:Kapuscinsky

I hereby present you with a Notice of Understanding and intent. I declareand make truth to be my law along with the following claims. I amsending this letter out as a courtesy in order to avoid any furtherconfusion or potential conflict.

I am a peaceful man, expanding my reach of discourse in order tomaintain my honor and ensure maximum clarity between myself and allagents of government, concerning my peaceful life as well as my desireto avoid all conflict, living lawfully and peacefully on and in thegeographical area commonly known as the country of CanadaDated on the 28th day of May, in the year of 2010.

True respect of equality in a loving manner, is paramount before anylaw... as per the truth and wisdom in the teaching's of Christs

instructions and direction

Equality is mandatory before the law.

From my research, I have realized that lawful and legal are not always thesame. I have found that the "law of the land", is the peaceful common law,which is not influenced by acts and statutes.

Under common law, the rights freedoms and duties of private individuals have long beenestablished and unlike statute law, common law has had a progression towards morefreedom and personal responsibility rather than less.

Among the rights and freedoms understood by common law are such things as the rightsto life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, property and use thereof, privacy, peace, andability to travel freely in public without any harassment or intimidation. The obligationsand duties of those living under common law are essentially to ensure that one does notinfringe or allow others to infringe upon those unalienable rights and freedoms.

I have also woken up to the fact that the rights of a free spiritual being cannot be lawfullylimited without consent, as that would imply slavery. Effectively, rights are not bestowedupon one by another unless the first gives his/her consent.

The very nature of the concept of consent is that it can only exist amongst equals withfull disclosure and without coercion.

I do not recall ever being sold or purchased as a slave, nor did I give my freeconsent to be governed or represented by any governmental agent, althoughat times I have been deceived and intimidated into submission.

In order for lawful representation to exist, there must be mutual consent. I am herebynotifying all who read this and any other interested parties that I have revoked myconsent to be governed by fictitious corporate entities with which I do not have asubsisting contract.

The corrupt powers that have been, have gone to great lengths to keep NorthAmerican population asleep, in a spiritual coma for the most part, along with

severe impairment of cognitive function for the majority of the poisonedpopulation through simple words of deceit on paper, uncommonly knownas Legalese. (The language of law, built on deception,for the purpose of deception)

Whereas, it is my understanding that people within the Ontario Securities Commission,Nova Scotia Securities Commission and The British Columbia Securities Commissionuse deception and fraud to exercise authority unlawfully and outside their mandates.

Trust and the consolidated revenue fund is in actuality a fund containing aportion of the value of the lands and public assets of the geographicallandmass called Canada.
