BRIEF 1: Typographic Composition

Composition 1:Social Scene

This composition involves the use of the rule of thirds as the main component of its structure. Alos the so-cial scene type in the bottom right hand of the image was scaled using the golden ratio. In terms of the com-position of the text i aranged the letters to give the iedea of fitting in by only having cer-tain letters stand out in each word. A com-plentary colur scheme was used.

Compostion 2:Hazy

In the second com-position i was trying to emulate the hazy twilight of the photo i used for inspiration for the work. I blurred the type in photoshop,and using the gradient mesh tool i blended in the background colours. The colour palette used was sub-tractive.

Composition 3:Crowded

In my final composi-tion i waited to express the crowded nature of the scene depicted in the photograph.I layered up black versions of the type that had already used inside a circuler perimeter. I then used white type to write the word crowded over the black type.
