A IRBristol Airport with daily routes to many UK and European cities, is just 45 minutes drive from the Museum. Heathrow Airport is only a two hour drive and Gatwick Airport is two and a half hours drive.

ROADThe Museum is just two minutes off the A303 in South Somerset with direct routes from Bristol, Bath, Yeovil, Dorchester and Taunton. A large, free car parking facility is available on site. SAT NAV: BA22 7LH.

RAILThe main line station at Castle Cary is five miles from the Museum, with its high speed link between Paddington and Penzance. The line also serves a regular daily route between Bristol and Weymouth with regular stops at Yeovil.

MILLENNIUM SUITESituated in the heart of the Museum, the Millennium Suite offers significant extra space for larger events. Your guests can either use a private entrance foyer to access the room from the Merlin Suite or enjoy the Museum exhibits as they make their way to the space. This adaptable space is ideal for exhibitions, fairs and drinks receptions.

The Millennium Suite is also used by the Museum for special seasonal exhibitions, so early booking is advised. All rooms within the Museum have excellent disabled access.

MERLIN SUITE - ROOM 1The Merlin Suite is spacious and modern, offering all you need in one space. The suite has two rooms, Merlin 1 and Merlin 2, which can be used together or hired independently. Merlin 1 has access to its own reception foyer, exclusive bathroom facilities, audio visual room, lighting rig and large projector screen.

The suite also benefits from direct vehicle access for conferences, exhibitions and product launches. All rooms have excellent disabled access.

MERLIN SUITE - ROOM 2As part of the Merlin Suite, Merlin 2 offers a smaller room, divided from the main suite with sound proofed dividing doors. It offers an excellent space for smaller meetings, syndicate sessions and intimate dinners for up to 40 guests.

Merlin 2 also hosts a fully stocked bar, which can be opened or hidden when required; an entrance foyer, an excellent space for registration or welcome drinks; designated bathroom facilities and full disabled access throughout.

MEADOWS SUITE - ROOM 1 On the first floor, the Meadows Suite is highly adaptable and is comprised of two rooms, which can be used together as one large space or hired independently for smaller meetings, exhibitions or breakouts. The two rooms are separated by a sound proofed, movable wall.

Large windows allow plenty of natural daylight and each are fitted with black out blinds to be used as required. Guests can meet in their own entrance foyer and the suite benefits from dedicated bathroom facilities, air conditioning and direct access to the Museum exhibition space.
