producing varieties of potato chips in

all over the world. Lay’s company is

owned by PEPSICO since 1965.

Basically, lay’s is now itself

subsidiary of pepsico.Inc.

History In 1932, C.E. Doolin entered a little cafe and bought a small

bag of corn chips. In the meanwhile he thought that this saltycorn chips is one of the famous snacks in all over the world. Sohe created an idea to produced chips.

He started selling potato chips in southern region of US. Hecarries potato chips in the trunk of his car and in 1942 hebrings something new in the environment that to produce theproduct on large scale and this is a continues production, and in1944 he capture the market of whole US.

In the present time Lay’s is the world favorite snack foodcompany having 46,000 employees providing a multipleflavors to its customers..
