Dear Sir,

We have been redistributing your provided Cable TV signals to our Subscribers/ Consumers in

(Analogue as well Digital Cable TV ) for the past _____ Years now.

We understand that you have entered into numerous Carriage/ Placement Fee agreements /

arrangements with the TV Channel Broadcasters directly or through their authorised Distribution

agencies. Where you have mentioned our Subscriber/ Consumer base along with the area of our

last mile operations and based on our Subscriber base and the area of our operations, you have

been regularly receiving this Channel Carriage / Placement charges from the respective TV Channel

broadcasters.

Also we have provided you with sufficient viewership for the locally played channels originating from

your managed Network Operating Centre situated at : _____________________________________

These locally played channels namely __________________________________ continuously carry

Spot advertisements and Scroll advertising displays, That are booked based on our managed and

serviced Subscriber base and the area of our last mile cable TV operations.

By this letter we call upon you to provide us with the detailed statement of Accounts (Receivables on

Account of Carriage fee Charged and Advertisement bookings received) of the past 3 years i.e. FY

2011 2012, FY 2012 2013 and the FY Ending 31st March 2014.

As we understand that you have collected Crores of rupees from each of the TV channel Broadcaster

on account of this Carriage Fee charged, solely based on showing our Subscriber base and the last

mile operational areas managed and serviced by us.

Kindly provide us the details as requested above, within 21 days from receiving of this letter.
