– Chaperones are needed to ride the buses and assist the students and directors for football games and competitions.

• VIPS/Volunteers In Public Schools– New volunteers: sign up on the hebisd.edu

• Departments/PR & Marketing / VIPs

• Background checks can take up to 72 hours (annual)

– Returning volunteers: must renew background check each year and get a new badge (will use stored photo)

– IMPORTANT: Keep track of your VIP hours and log them

• For every $5.00 you donate = 1 hour

• LD Bell High School will be recognized and credit for your hard work

• L.D. BELL CRAFT FAIR

– Scheduled for: Saturday, December 2

– We needs volunteers to help coordinate the selling of coffee, hot cocoa, and other refreshment sales at the Craft Fair; please sign up on Charms

• UNIFORMS

– Each family cares for their student’s uniform

– Cleaning instructions on uniform labels

– IMPORTANT:

• Please wash uniforms after each wearing!

• Uniforms should always be on hangers in a garment bag

• TRUCK DRIVERS– Truck drivers transport equipment to rehearsals,

football games, and competitions

– Must have:

• Have a valid class C license

• Be at least 21 years old

• Have a clean driving record

• Have a current HEB ISD driver background check

– Photographers needed to assist with this year’s band yearbook

– Rotation schedule for all areas and events to be covered
