I offer all roundmarketing,communications, eventsand business support tosmall and medium sizedbusinesses, charities,schools and trainingproviders.

My aim is to offerpractical, cost-effectivesolutions that save youmoney and, if youre inthe private or voluntarysectors, boost yourincome and return oninvestment

Wide ranging experienceI have worked in marketing,communications and eventmanagement roles throughout mycareer.

These have included very hands-onroles with tiny budgets, to very highprofile campaigns in the nationalmedia, and successful turn-roundroles and strategic positions up toDirector level.

Well qualifiedAs well as postgraduate levelqualifications in marketing I alsohave a languages degree, CELTA andPTLLS teaching qualifications, andCertificates in AdministrativeManagement and Business Planning.

Be clear where you are going fromthe start: set SMART objectives anddesired outcomes, understand youraudiences, have clear, consistentand compelling messages andcreative approaches.

2. MeasureMeasure as much as sensiblypossible and learn for the future.

3. IntegrationDont work in silos. Your client seesthe whole not the individual parts.Integrated communications aremore powerful and cost-effectiveand will create synergy.

4. InfrastructureBuild your infrastructure on firmfoundations. Have the right people,data, planning and processes inplace to make it happen. Goodcommunication between all playersin the team is vital.

StrategyAs the client you will know a lot ofthis yourself but I may be able tooffer new insights and advice, orundertake a review, consultancy,communications audit or help withcompetitor monitoring. Specifically Ican help you:
