Protect the Church & It’s Members

The rest of the presentation is based on the physical things that you need to do so the Stake President, the Bishops and others can bring spiritual blessings into the life’s of their members.

This is a big responsibility! Your Stake President and your Bishop must trust in your ability to do this.

Congratulations on your call!

Let us now help you with some details of that calling.

Cleaning the Facility?

Who is assigned to clean the Lord’s Meetinghouse?

Church Employees?

Contract Cleaners? ( 1 or 2 X’s per year)

Members of the Church?

This is the program of the Church.

Page 6: LDS Stake and Ward PFR Training

“We are asking Church members to assume a greater responsibility for cleaning and caring for Church meetinghouses. Aaronic Priesthood quorums should play a prominent role in fulfilling this responsibility. They may be assisted by young women of corresponding ages. From this service, young people can deepen their reverence and feelings of respect for the house of the Lord…”

First Presidency, letter to priesthood leaders, October 28, 1998
