Terms of Payment

30% 1stPayment: If two (2) months or more prior to the event, due within one (1) week of

booking date.

20% 2nd

Payment: Due two (2) months after 1stpayment.

* * * I f event is with in 2 months of booking date, 50% down payment wi ll be due upon

confi rmation of the event.

50% Balance: Due one (1) month prior to the event.

* * * I f event i s in December, 50% balance wil l be due 3 months prior to the event.

Security Deposit: 30% of total cost due at least one (1) month prior to the event.

* * * I f event i s in December, 30% Secur ity Deposit wil l be due 3 months pr ior to the event.

Refund of Security Deposit is within ten (10) working days after event date and subject toreceipt of clearance from Le Parcs Building Administrator.

December Events: 50% Balance and 30% Security Deposit is due at least three (3) months

prior to function date in order to guarantee your reservation. Down payment will be deemedforfeited, should you fail to guarantee your reservations at least three (3) months prior to your

event. If event is within 3 months of booking date, Full Payment and Security deposit will be

due upon confirmation of the event.

Cancellation or Re-booking Penalty

30% of Total Cost : If cancelled two (2) months or more prior to the Event.

50% of Total Cost : If cancelled less than two (2) months but more than one (1)month prior to the event.

100% of Total Cost : If cancelled within one (1) month of the Event.

The Lessee has the option to re-schedule the event within six (6) months from the date of cancellation.

In such case, the Lessee will be charged a penalty equivalent to 25% of the Total Cost. Only onechange will be allowed per transaction.
