It is a process of influencing an organised group toward accomplishing its goals.

What is my approach in developing the skills of several Leaders, with different cultural backgrounds and the successful employee engagement, business and client outcomes that resulted..

GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organisational Behaviour Effectiveness) study identified

Leader attributes and behaviour universally across culture viewed as,

Positive : Trustworthy, Just and Honest

Negative : Irritable, Egocentric, Ruthless and Dictatorial
