How to use Ethical Leadership to Innovate?Leaders should use ethical approach to build trustful environment, motivate and encouge team to build creative ideasEthical leadership, in particular, does have a direct effect on innovation in the workplace. In fact, there is a strong correlation between innovative companies and ethical companies (Gebler, 2007). Companies that foster one will likely foster the other because critical values are trusted, protected, encouraged and rewarded (Gebler, 2007).
Need for Sustainable Ethical Culture
Create the need for leadership, employee collaboration to foster capacity building to create a sustainable organization change. A good ethical culture is sustained when leaders creates an ethical environment where corrective action is encouraged. This strengthens the innovation capacity of the company
