everybody understands where
“we are going to and why”.
No 2: MOTIVATION
Employees want purpose and to be
valued. As a boss you have to explain to
your every employee, what is his/her
important role in achieving the
company’s vision.
Build the culture of employee
appreciation and encouraging! 2010's success stories will
not be built by stalking and criticizing.
No 3: CULTURE
The key to successful leadership is influence, not authority.
