While leaders take all the efforts to keep themselves ahead of the curve, multiple factors (increasing business complexity, incomprehensible employee expectations, rising levels of stress and constant rush at work) create limitations in the optimum leadership potential to manifest. The recent advancements in psychological research and leadership studies establish Mindfulness as one of the most impactful tools for accelerating effectiveness, profoundness and resilience in the organizational leadership. Over the last two decades, Mindfulness has been adopted globally by most of the progressive organizations, with astounding results. Program Objective This one-day program aims at equipping the senior leaders with mindfulness-based leadership practices – to help them accelerate deep leadership traits and to apply the tools and techniques for creating the most conducive culture in the organization. The participants will deep dive into the well-researched practical science of mindfulness, gaining insights from the practices adopted by the organizations around the world. The program will help them explore wide ranging practical applications of mindful leadership – from adoption in daily routine to enabling a cultural shift. About FacultySapan Shrimal is a Mindfulness expert and an entrepreneur with over 15 years of rich experience in the field of new age leadership, workplace transformation, employee well-being, people development and business strategy. He is Chief Catalyst at Monk@Work - a specialized Mindfulness consulting firm.

Sapan, a long-time practitioner in mindfulness, is on a mission to transform the workplaces into a source of deep joy, meaning & fulfilment for individuals, in turn driving greater organizational success. He has been a speaker at various industry and HR forums (including BW Business World and Mindful Leadership Summit) and his perspectives have been captured in publications of prominence (including Hindu Business Line). He also co-authored ‘Mindfulness at Workplace – India Study 2018’ - first of its kind industry perception report on Mindfulness, in Indian context. He is a certified master life coach and a certified master practitioner in NLP. He is also certified in Psychometric Testing from Psytech, UK. Sapan is an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
