8 aspects of Leadership

A leader:

1. develops with his employees a collective ambition and update these periodically

2. inspires employees and involves them in the strategy

3. communicate timely and honest, is thoughtfulness and listens, is present

4. is clear about the result and gives feedback

5. acts assertively on to people who aren't (no more longer) good at their job

6. dares to function as a heat shield for the noise of 'top' and 'side'

7. has an authoritative but also serving and humble attitude

8. brings into flow, so that increase knowledge and job satisfaction
