The HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley is an important part of the HatchTech MicroClimer Setter. HatchTech has designed one that supports an optimal incubation process. Strong, durable and extremely stable, it lets you work more efficiently and effectively.

More eggs per trolleyThe HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley can carry 7040 eggs. The ability to handle so many eggs in one go in-creases process optimization and the efficiency of hatcher logistics, thereby reducing labor costs.

Individual turning motorEach HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley has its own individual motor, which turns the eggs to the optimal angle required for good incubation. Individual motors on each HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley offer extra benefits. They make it possible for hatchery managers to fine-tune turning frequency and sequence as desired. There is also no need to have compli-cated turning systems – which need regular cleaning and

maintenance – in the HatchTech MicroClimer Setter itself. All of the individual turning motors are connected to the HatchTech MicroClimer Controller. Here, the turning position of each HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley is shown, which allows you to easily monitor the turning mechanism without having to enter the HatchTech MicroClimer Setter.

Stable, durable and long-lastingThe corner edges of the HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley are connected using special bolting technology, which makes them remarkably strong and stable. The internal frame of the trolley is also very solid and has a tensioning system to optimize the stability when necessary.

The special construction gives the HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley a longer lifespan, and ensures smooth logistic operation without side to side movement.

Ergonomic designOn the HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley, there are no sharp edges on the tray-insert points. This makes trays easy to slide in, and keeps them ‘as new’ even after years of use. The ergonomic rounded edges are also less damaging to the hands of your employees, during loading and unloading of the HatchTech 88 Setter Trayss.

Wheels that last longerThe HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley has four high quality, self-lubricating wheels with an oil nipple, which makes them very easy to maneuver. Their high quality also makes them durable, minimizes maintenance and ensures the wheels will continue to operate smoothly.

Optimized for automationThe construction and finishing of the HatchTech 88 Setter Trolleys is extremely precise, with a tolerance of a mere 1 mm maximum. This guarantees that automated processes move along smoothly and efficiently, without interruption. And since the HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley has no

vertical bar in the center like traditional ones do, HatchTech 88 Setter Trays can be loaded onto the HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley from either side and pushed through until the level is completely filled. There is no need to turn the HatchTech 88 Setter Trolley around halfway during either loading or unloading, whether this takes place manually or automatically.
