Participating companies from previous years

The Best Practices Discovery Project is running annually since 2015 under the organization and sponsorship of the Lean Analytics Association (LAA) and the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).

THE AIM is to discover, document and share best practices of world’s leading companies from different industrial sectors which have been focusing on the implementation of lean principles in innovation.

A BEST PRACTICE is a solution that has consistently produced positive and sustainable results compared to those achieved by other means.

LEAN INNOVATION is the application of lean thinking principles across the entire value-chain including new product development.
