Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification Program A Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt professional understands the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and how to routinely apply this to his or her job and area of responsibility. After completing this course, you will be able to explain to others how Six Sigma and Lean are unique but highly-complimentary approaches, and when used in concert, can deliver breakthrough improvements in any business sector or environment.

The “Lean” portion of your study will introduce you to Lean principles and most commonly used tools and the "Six Sigma" component of this course of study will include an understanding of the Six Sigma DMAIC philosophy and basic tools. This will complete the Yellow Belt level of knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and will give you the ability to be an active member of a process improvement team.
