TARGET GROUP: General Managers, Senior Managers and Managers

METHODOLOGY: Blended approach depending on experience and qualifications of successful candidates

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS• Persons with Std 10 /Grade 12 with English and Math’s or

Mathematical Literacy as a subject

• At least 3 years’ work experience of which 1 year must be in a management position

• Employees with the relevant experience but who do not possess a qualification will be considered

• Computer literacy will be an added advantage

NOTEPreference will be given to black (African, Indian and Coloured) employees in terms of the company’s employment equity policy.
