This document presents reward and recognition opportunities in relation to the
following career stages:
sessional academic, early career academic, mid-career academic, senior
academic
early-mid career teaching support, senior teaching support
The document can be used by staff and supervisors to plan reward and recognition
opportunities and pathways. As the opportunities vary in eligibility and complexity,
staff may decide to follow a particular pathway, building on their experience and
achievements as they progress through their career.
