Teacher Experiences

“These are good lessons for any level of teaching.”

“The comic book was right in with what they love.”

“The mental health component is very useful. It’s not just about sleep, but can be linked to so many other areas.”

“This is a great way to involve parents and get them on the same page as their kids.”

Student Experiences

“The comic book gets you to make choices, be engaged, and learn more. It was better than having a teacher list all the ways you could

get more sleep.”

“I liked making choices. It was like a maze or puzzle and I was trying to figure out what choices were best for Ellen.”

“The comic book is a way of learning outside of school that lets you explore.”

“You learn stuff while you’re having fun, that’s good, that’s what you’re trying to do in school.”
