OBJECTIVESThis two-day workshop will help you set up your impact measurement system and improve the way you manage the information collected to maximise your impact at the portfolio level.

TARGET AUDIENCE This workshop is especially relevant for investors or funders (including foundations, social impact funds and social investors) supporting social purpose organisations who are considering setting up or improving their impact measurement system.

TAKEAWAYSThe course is based on EVPA’s Practical Guide on Measuring and Managing Impact, a resource that distills best practices into five easy-to understand steps to measure impact and that is considered a reference at the European level. OBJECTIVESThis two-day programme will help you understand how to design and implement impact-driven employee engagement activities starting from the fundamental needs of the social purpose organisation, with the goal to generate more social impact.

TARGET AUDIENCE This training targets corporate social investors (CSIs)*, corporate foundations, corporate social impact funds, corporate social businesses, corporate social accelerators, and anyone who is interested in exploring what strategies to take to maximise their social impact through employee engagement.

TAKEAWAYSAt the end of this training, you will walk away with ready-to-use tools developed by EVPA which will help you (re)design, monitor and evaluate your employee engagement activities. Moreover, experienced practitioners will share their real-life case studies and offer you concrete examples of social impact-driven employee engagement activities.
