Project Aim

Learn and experiment with new software and hardware to create a variety of small learning objects/resources that will help stimulate, motivate and educate the tourism students as well as leading staff to trail new technology for their classes.

Project Outcome 1

• learning to create buttons, navigations and inserting images

• carefully pre-plan the tourism module structure in relation to the syllabus

Use Adobe Captivate to develop a learning object for an online unit Use Adobe Presenter to develop a small presentation for an online

Project Outcomes 4 & 5 Introduce the iPad as a teaching tool within the

classroom Introduce an iPad to students and staff to show

some applications that are being used in industry
