Here we have Assignments of Mortgage used in residential foreclosure actions in Lee County Florida authored by longtime Marshall C. Watson employee Suzanne Leary. Over the course of 41 days she claimed to be an employee of 14 different entities. She was often assigning as a MERS employee even though MERS has no employees as per the William Hultman deposition. After much research and discovery requests, there has still been no proof of a MERS association provided or uncovered nor any explanation given as to the authority of her or the authority of the assignors, many of which were non parties when the assignment occurred.TRANSCRIPT
