Developing Our Five Lebanon School Gardens
District Wide - 37 Teachers, 40 Classes with 1,000 students • 2002 Seven Oak Middle School (6-8): 3 teachers, 6 classes - 6th grade • 2009 Pioneer (K-8): 3 teachers, 3 classes - 2nd, 4th and 7th grade • 2010 Cascades (K-5): 8 teachers, 8 classes - K-5th grade • 2010 Hamilton Creek (K-8): 10 teachers, 10 classes - K-8th grade • 2011 Riverview (K-5): 13 teachers, 13 classes - K-5th grade

Hamilton Creek School - 2010 (4th graders) • (1) 20' x 50' hoop house • (1) 9' x 14' restored cedar concession stand converted to garden shed/store • 3 row aluminum bleachers • 8',4" of 280' non climb deer fence • 16' of elevated cow panels with (10) 8' steel tee posts to create trellises • (9) 4' x 8' planters built with 2' x 10' cedar connecting brackets • Compost tumbler • In hoop house (6) 6' x 6' planters with 2' x 10' cedar brackets • Teaching garden consisting of (20) banked raised bed rows of 35’
Seven Oak Middle School – 2005 • (2) 8' x 40' greenhouses • (1) 10' x 12' rigid plastic garden shed • 5' x 160' of no climb garden fence • 64' of elevated cow panels with (20) 8' tee posts to create trellises • 3 bin cedar compost • 100 individual student garden plots • Teaching garden consisting of (20) banked raised bed rows of 35'

Cascades Restored Shed
Cascades School - 2011 • 30' x 40' green house • 8' x 8' restored garden shed with aluminum bleachers • 275 square feet of indoor 2’ x 10’ cedar beds • 16' of cow panels with (10) 8’ tee posts to create trellises • .25 acre district wide Production Garden consisting of produce, strawberries and
raspberries • Teaching Garden consisting of (3) 100' banked raised beds with drip irrigation • Orchard of 40 apple trees
