Preface
BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) is China’s global navigation satellitesystem which has been developed independently. BDS is similar in principle toglobal positioning system (GPS) and compatible with other global navigationsatellite systems (GNSS) worldwide. BDS will provide highly reliable and precisepositioning, navigation and timing (PNT) services as well as short-message com-munication for all users under all-weather, all-time and worldwide conditions.
China Satellite Navigation Conference (CSNC) is an open platform for academicexchanges in the field of satellite navigation. It aims to encourage technologicalinnovation, accelerate GNSS engineering and boost the development of the satellitenavigation industry in China and in the world.
The 10th China Satellite Navigation Conference (CSNC2019) is held duringMay 22–25, 2019, Beijing, China. The theme of CSNC2019 is “Navigation, 10Years and Beyond”, including technical seminars, academic exchanges, forums,exhibitions and lectures. The main topics are as follows:

The proceedings (Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering) has 114 papers in 12topics of the conference, which were selected through a strict peer review processfrom 371 papers presented at CSNC2019.
