Business Model • To be able to talk about strategy, then we must
first understand the context, market positioning, product positioning, and role in the value chain of the company.
• While being able to see capabilities, we must first look at the processes, people, partners, organization and culture, leadership and governance of the company.
• We can not know how much value / profit, if not yet know the revenue and costs (profit = revenue – costs), who is the stakeholder, it is align and support the business objective?
