售后服务指南

1、 自生产之日起六个月内，我司提供产品退换服务，如客户自行更换，我司可

免费提供技术支持、零部件及耗材；

2、 服务，如客户自行更换，我司可免费提供技术支持，提供零件只收取成本费；

3、 保修过程所产生的运费由寄方承担；

4、 我司只承担与我司直接联系的客户间的产品问题责任；

5、 质保期以外的维修服务新阳光仅收取成本费和包装运输费；

6、 灯珠光衰问题由客户退回我司测试鉴定后提供售后服务方案，双方意见达成

一致后方可进行维修 换；

7、生 产日期以产品上的DATE CODE为准。

下列情况，不属免费保修服务范围：

1、所购产品已超出保修时间； 2、3、未按规格书的要求安装、操作所引起的故障；

4、因移动或跌落而造成的故障，进水造成的损坏、划伤或破损；

5、因不可抗拒力造成损坏的，如火灾、地震、雷电等； 6、个别灯会出现0.1%-0.3%灯珠的死灯珠情况属正常现象，不列入保修范围；
