Crane lighting has requirements which exceed normal Floodlighting.The Floodlighting needs to be very robust as the Cranes are generallymobile. Constant vibration will weaken the lamps and very often standardFloodlights will simply fall apart after a relatively short period.In addition, the electrical supply on a Crane can vary significantly causingmore electrical stress and early failures. Because many Cranes arein Harbours and Ports, there is constant corrosion from the marineenvironment. This is compounded by extreme temperature variationsin many parts of the World and also between night and day timetemperatures.

LED modularized and independent power supply unit modularized design:30W, 40W, 50W, 60W, 80W, 100W, 160W and 200W Modularized design, each module has complementary independent 30W, 40W, 50W, 60W, 80W, 100W, 160W and 200W powersupply unit to the module. The maximum combined module no. of a fixture will be up to 6 no. Modules. If safety stock purchased quantity is 1,000pcs, customer can buy 1,000pcs fixturesbased on one module of a fixture. Or customer can buy 166 fixtures based on 6 modules of a fixture. Other options can be allowed to purchased based on the same methodology.

Diverse and fast replacement beam angle LENS modules under multiple choices:Beam angle of LENS modules have total 11 no. types such as 12°,15°, 25°, 30°x15°, 45°x30°, 60°, 90°, 120°, symmetric 149°x72°, 140°x70°, asymmetric 150°x(26°+53°).Just loosen screws to remove LENS module. The LENS modue can fast change, easily maintain, and renew.

Fixed brackets for various sites or applications:4 types of fixed brackets for Pole Mount Street Light, Project Light, Wall Light, and High Bay Light.

High flexibility in preparing materials stock for fixture. Reducing the loading of inventory:4 no. modules assembled displays, 6 no. modules assembled displays, 6 kinds of basic module wattages, 11 no. types beam angle of LENS modules, 4 no. fixed brackets, 2 kinds ofLEDs, 3 kinds of Correlated Color Temperature (C.C.T.).
