Lis Pendens, and in support thereof states:

1. The Plaintiff requests that the case be voluntarily dismissed without prejudice.

2. The Plaintiff requests that all Counts of the Complaint against Defendants: LARRY R.

3. The Plaintiff requests that the Notice of Lis Pendens filed by Plaintiff and recorded in the public

records of LEE County, Florida, regarding the below-described property:
