• Nurse consultation

• Egg collection and embryo transfer by the duty consultant

• Pregnancy scan or follow up consultation

• Time lapse imaging with Embryoscope™ (Our center’s data suggests this is the best incubator)

• Blastocyst culture (Proven to help select the right embryo for transfer)

For this patients will receive:

• Screening tests

• Matching of sperm

• Tracking of natural cycle before actual treatment

• Appointment with counsellor

Obtaining sperm - cost can vary depending on quantity, where purchased and transport fees.

Intra Uterine Insemination Sperm (HIUI): £750

For this patients will receive:

• Blood tests for the monitoring of treatment

• Nurse consultation

• Preparation of the sperm

• Insemination

• Pregnancy scan

Drugs costs which will vary from patient to patient (£300 - £600), are not included within this package.

Intra Uterine Insemination with Donor Sperm (DIUI): £730

For this patients will receive:

Paying for treatmentIf you are not eligible for NHS funding and are undergoing treatment as a Private Patient, you will be expected to pay when you attend for your Nurse Consultation appointment. Payment for DI or HIUI will be expected on the day of insemination.

Cost of medicationPrivate Patients will receive their medication package from Stork pharmacy who will deliver to the address of your choice. You will incur further charges for any additional medication that may become necessary.

NHS-funded patients will receive their medication package from Healthnet Homecare and incur no charges. If you require additional medication from Leeds Fertility you will need to pay the current prescription charge for each item unless you are exempt from these charges. Any medications that are not used will not be accepted as ‘returns’ because the conditions of storage can not be verified and therefore they can not be dispensed again.

*Please note when comparing our prices between clinics, we may appear expensive but this is because everything is included and there are no extra charges. When doing comparisons please ensure that you compare the total cost of what you are receiving as part of your treatment.
