We made a list of all expenses required and fixed a budget. It included invitations, catering and entertainment.

As a result of the event, we got
about € 600,00
STRENGHTS• About €600 collected out of €60 spent; • Homemade food was higlyappreciated;• The organization was very good.
OPPORTUNITIES• Event promoted through social networks;• An occasion for our students to show their talents;• Advertising our school.
WEAKNESSES• We had a short time to prepare the event;• There weren’t many people;• There were few objects in theflea market and few peoplebought them.
THREATS• Other events on the same day;• The importance of the eventmay have been underestimated;• Non-invited guests might haveentered.
