Jan and Frank Day’s home was built on love, sharing and caring.It housed big hearts and an overwhelming passion to help others.It was a special place where JAFRA’s first Consultants worked together to fulfill their dreams. A NEW DAY FOR JAFRAEstel Day had just learned to read when she realized that her grandparents founded this incredible company. “I was five when I saw the word ‘JAFRA’ on what seemed like endless rows of Royal Jelly Milk Balm at my grandparents’ home,” she said. To Estel, JAFRA isn’t just a household name – it is her name and her legacy. Growing up, she never left JAFRA, but she did follow her own path as a fashion designer, creating looks for Hollywood celebrities. JAFRA became a key part of Estel’s life in 2011, when she attended the 55th Anniversary National Conference as a guest. Recalling that moment, she said, “I felt as though I had found a huge part of my family that had been missing!” “Attending this event, it felt as if I had cracked a long-hidden, secret

code to my life,” she said. “The link to my grandparents had come full circle. I knew I had found an important pieceof myself.” We are proud to welcome Estel to the JAFRA family once again. She joined us in August at National Conference and will now act as spokesperson for our brand and all we stand for.

“My grandparents taught people to know they could do and achieve anything,” said Estel. “That truth was passed along to me.” The ability, know-how and heart to transform others is the power of JAFRA.

Key activities I follow Every month I train using the ACTION and the Compensation Plan. I have a monthly meeting with Leaders and then another one with Consultants. I also do follow-up monthly meetings with my team at coffee shops. Every Monday, I attend the Ambassador meeting and I consistently check the Leader's WhatsApp Group.

How it is transforming my life, and the lives of my children and Consultants.

My personal goal is to help my kids go to college. On a professional level, I want to help Leaders grow.

My strategy to growI welcome everyday challenges. I am grateful for the good and bad, because it’s all for a reason. Daily, I make a list of what is necessary for me to accomplish that day. Another list of what is possible to do. A third list of what looks impossible to do. I amaze myself on how often I do it all!

Key activities I followI put myself in the other person's shoes and act accordingly. I listen to them with big ears and a small mouth, as Jan used to say. I know their goals and remind them constantly, and I reward and praise their accomplishments.
