THE MOTOR VEHICLES AND ROAD TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT)

(NO. 3) ORDER, 2016

1. This Order may be cited as the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order, 2016.

2. Part I of Appendix A to the Fourth Schedule to the Motor

 Vehicles and Road Traffic Act is amended in item (1) by deleting 

paragraphs (d) to (g) and substituting the following paragraphs:
