A brief history of time…

• Our “Leadership Continuum” is a product of many USNA administrations, and external stakeholders

• The pieces were often invented or in place long before a coherent philosophy or rationale was invented to justify them

• Beginning with our new Superintendent and senior leadership, we have begun to re-conceptualize and revise our program
