Move Requests
Move requests that are created in the console will generate pick and deposit tasks that can be executed through the AIT mobile devices or at the console.
Moves may be created for several reasons, including movement of goods from the Receiving Dock to Storage or movement of product between two locations in storage.
It is particularly useful if authorized users are manually consolidating inventory locations to conserve space
Ad Hoc moves are created and completed via the AIT device and do not require any interaction with the console.
