LESSON 3 TAC – Presentations editor FREE EXPLORATON Objectives: 1- To open the Presentations Editor program. 2- To choose one template for the presentation. 3- To explore the different options that the program offers. 4- To save the file as or to save the changes. 1. OPEN THE PRESENTATIONS EDITOR PROGRAM. 1a. Go to the menu Inicia and open the OpenOffice Impress program. 1b. Create a blank presentation. 2. CHOOSE ONE TEMPLATE FOR YOUR PRODUCTION. 2a. In the right menu of the program you can find all the existing templates. Choose one of them, with title, text and image. 3. CREATE YOUR OWN PRESENTATION. 3a. As we did in the last school year, today you’re going to explore with the program all the options it offers to you, so create whatever you want. 3b. You can invent the title, the text and get the image from www.google.com 3c. Your presentation can have more than one slide (diapositiva). 4. SAVE THE FILE IN YOUR FOLDER. 4a. When you finish, save your free presentation in your own folder: T:/CLASSES/6 th 4b. Save it as, for example, freepresentation Carmen” 5. CLOSE THE PRESENTATIONS EDITOR.
