Lesson’s aims:

To develop students’ knowledge on the tourist’s attractions that can be found in Brunei.

Learning objectives:

At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:

(i) List down as many tourists attraction as possible that can be found in Brunei.

(ii) Identify both cultural and natural attractions in Brunei for tourists.

Set Induction 5 mins Teacher will recap the previous lesson.

Teacher will tell the topic of the lesson.

Students need to give response/answer the

questions posed to them.

Lesson

Development

40-50 mins Teacher will ask the students to list down as many

tourists’ attractions they can think of that can be found in

Brunei.

Teacher discuss with the students on their findings.

Teacher will briefly discuss with the students on both

cultural and natural attractions which can be found in

Brunei that can attract tourist to come/visit.

Student’s Project:

Teacher will ask the students to create a brochure based

on their findings.

Teacher will guide the students on how to make a

brochure and what information that needs to be included.

Teacher will tell the students the deadline of the project

(2 weeks).

Students are expected to listen to teacher

explanation.

Students are expected to involve themselves

in the discussion.

Closure 5 mins Teacher will summarise the content of the lesson.

Student’s Homework:

Teacher will ask the students to download the

exercise worksheet from Yahoo Groups.

Teacher will ask the students to submit their work

online or hand it in during the next class.
