Choose one object from your house that might be special to you, something you enjoy or is interesting and complete an Object Based News. To do this, you will need to record yourself telling news and upload to your portfolio on ClassDojo. Make sure to include: A greeting, introduce your object, the category it belongs to (toy, utensil, photograph…), provide further information about your object (parts, what it’s made of, how you use it, why you chose to talk about this item…), a closing statement (thank you…). Handwriting (ACELY1663) See attached PDF for the Sshandwriting sheet. s Starting position: just below the first dotted line. Formation: make a curve in an anticlockwise direction, from the starting position to halfway between the first dotted line and the baseline. Then make a clockwise curve down to the baseline. Finish facing left. Each curve should be equal width and height but in opposite directions. Students say: “backwards circle, forwards circle.” S Starting position: just below the second dotted line. Formation: Make a curve in an anticlockwise direction, from the starting position to halfway between the second dotted line and first dotted line, then begin to make a clockwise curve down to the baseline.
