3:15- 3:30 Students to take part in a carousel in which students will go from wall to wall in groups of four listing responsibilities and obligations of important personnel under each heading.

The class will be divided into four groups and they will list down some key points of their findings for the responsibilities and obligations of key personnel in health and safety moving from poster to post in a carousel in their respective groups. After this there will be a question and answer session.

To ask students questions as moving from group to group to check understanding of topic and to identify any possible weaknesses that need to be addressed latter on in the lesson to build a better understanding of key personnel in Health and safety.

Students who are shy to come will get assistance from a more confident student and will come as a group to present ideas.

Randomly groups will be chosen to come to the front.

Learners to in pair complete an exercise on Who is responsible for the care under the Health and Safety? This will be done using a table with the aid of a handout.

3:55-4pm

In pairs, students to discuss ways to monitor working conditions for the most effective health and safety systems and list at least 3 of them.

Plenary and question and answer session to check knowledge and understanding and what has been learnt so far. A memory board game will also be part of the plenary to see if students remember various health and safety key personnel and various responsibilities. This will also be an opportunity for students to hand in prostates with anything they are unsure of before they leave for discussion in next lesson.

Learners to actively pay attention and may be asked questions to test knowledge. As the teacher moves around the class to check students are on task.

Students to actively participate in random question and answer session as random name is pulled out from bag.

This will cover the objectives.
