Volunteers are saving a lot of lives but are only filling the gaps between government policies. (And the Greek Islanders deserve that Nobel prize.)
History is unfolding. Textbooks that our children will read will admit to the systemic failure that has transformed into a crisis. 2016 is supposed to be worse.
