Terms to Dealers:- Each Dealer receives a raffle ticket for every Lowara eSV he/she purchases during July 1, 2012 to April 24, 2013.

- All information on the raffle ticket stub must be completed and received by the responsible Distributor by April 30th, 2013 for entry in the drawing.

- Six (6) winning raffles for a trip departing from a major international airport in Australia or New Zealand to Italy will be drawn at random at each Distributor’s location at 11AM on May 1, 2013. The winning names will be published in The Australian Newspaper on May 2, 2013 and the winners will be notified in writing or by phone of the prize won and any requisite procedure to claim the prize. The winners shall have seven (7) calendar days from notification of winning to inform Xylem Water Systems of their choice to take the prize. If a selected winner is unable accept the prize or can not be located after a period of seven (7) days from the date of the raffle drawing, Xylem will select another winner.

- All contact attempts shall be made to the address, phone number and email provided by the raffle holders on the raffle stub.

- Xylem Water Systems will be responsible to pay for the winners’ airfare, accommodation, group meals, group tour, and group transportation in Italy during the event, including all local charges & taxes if applicable. Conditions apply.

- Participants and winners must be over 18 years of age and have a valid passport to travel to Italy.

- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. - The winners, by entering the Raffle, acknowledges that they are aware of and agree with the raffle official rules and authorize Xylem to publish their names and likeness on the website and for it to be used in other promotional materials by Xylem.
