Leg Avenue’s minimum order require-ment is $200 domestic and $1,000 inter-national.UnlessLegAvenuehasextendedcredit terms, all orders must be paid inadvance by cashier’s check, money order,credit card, or wire transfer. Items with anon-closeoutunitpriceof$5.00orlessarepackaged in groupsof six pairs per color.For international orders, 20% must bepaid at the time the order is placed andtheremaindermustbepaid in fullbeforethemerchandiseisshipped.Termaccountsmust be approved in advance by Leg Av-enueanditsfactor,TheCITGroup.Toseekcreditapproval,pleasesubmitacompletedApplication for Credit, which you can ob-tain from Leg Avenue’s customer servicedepartment.Allowthreeweekstoprocessyour credit application. Unless otherwisespecified,alltermpaymentsmustbemadeonorbeforetheduedatespecifiedontheinvoice. 3. Orders will be made available for pickup at will call upon request. All will callorders are subject to an additional $25processing fee. Leg Avenue grants its customers alimited license to use Leg Avenue’s pho-tographs and other promotional mate-rial(hereinafter“Materials”),subjecttotheterms of the Image Release agreement,whichisincorporatedhereinbyreference.You may not use Leg Avenue’s Materialsfor any purpose unless you agree to thetermsoftheImageReleaseandprovideasignedcopyofittoLegAvenue.UseofLegAvenue’s Materials on auction websites,such as eBay.com, is strictly prohibited.PleasecontactcustomerserviceorvisitLegAvenue’s website to obtain a copy of theImageRelease.

8. Pricesandspecificationsaresubject tochangewithoutpriornotice.Deliverydatesare approximate and not guaranteed. FullriskoflossandtitlepassestoCustomeratthetimemerchandiseleavesLegAvenue’swarehouseorLegAvenuedeliversthemer-chandise to a carrier,whichever is earlier.Internationalcustomersareresponsibleforarrangingfortheirownfreightforwarder.Ifanyshipmentisreturnedasundeliveredbythepackagecarrier,Customerwillbesolelyresponsibleforanyreshipmentcosts,eveniftheoriginalshippingwasfree.

9. This Agreement is governed by thelawsoftheStateofCalifornia,withoutgiv-ing effect to its conflict-of-law provisions.Any dispute shall be under the exclusivejurisdiction of and venued in the stateor federal courts located in Los AngelesCounty,California.ThetermsoftheUnitedNationsConventiononContractsfortheIn-ternationalSaleofGoodsareinapplicable.InnoeventshallLegAvenuebeliableforcoincidental or consequential damages,regardlessofwhethersuchdamageswereforeseeable.

LegAvenuestandsbehindthequalityofeveryitem it sells. It will accept returns for itemsthatweredelivereddamagedorthatwerenotincludedinacustomer’sorderatnocharge,subject to the following conditions. Unlessotherwisespecified,allclaimsfordiscrepan-ciesordamagesmustbemadewithinthirty(30)daysafter the itemshipped.Claimsonall sequined or beaded garments must bemade with 5 business days of the invoicedate.ClaimsonallHalloweenitemsshippedafterJuly1stmustbemadebyLegAvenue’sclose of business on the second Friday ofNovember that year.Closeout itemsarenotsubjecttoreturnbecausetheyarepurchased“as is” at a significant discount.
