Menambah user satu per satu manual

Bisa menambahkan user satu per satu, dari Halaman “Users” :

Assign License


Menambah Users bulk dengan CSV File

1. Buka admin.webex.com

2. Sign in sebagai Administrator pada SSO

3. Buka kolom Users

4. Tekan Manage Users pada bagian Kanan

5. Pilih CSV Add or Modify Users

6. Click Next saat muncul pop up seperti berikut :

NOTES :

Jika ada field yang tidak ingin diganti, dikosongkan saja.

Jangan Sign Out pada saat upload / Proses upload,

pastikan Internet ada pada kondisi yang baik.



8. Buka CSV Template dengan Excel, seperti pada link iniLalu, Edit Excel sesuai kebutuhan, agar mudah, paling tidak set attributes dibawah :• First Name Isi dengan Nama Depan• Last Name Isi dengan Nama Belakang• Display Name Display Name• User ID (Email) email users• Webex Teams Meeting TRUE• Webex Teams TRUE• domain.webex.com - WebEx CMR TRUE• domain.webex.com - WebEx Event Center TRUE• domain.webex.com - WebEx Meeting Center TRUE• domain.webex.com - WebEx Support Center TRUE• domain.webex.com - WebEx Training Center TRUE

8. Drag & Drop CSV Files yang sudah terisi

NOTES :

Jangan Sign Out pada saat upload / Proses upload.
