Suitability: Site is currently green belt, but is within broad directions of growth identified in Core Strategy (preferred options paper). Within archaeological area and abuts conservation area to north. Public right of way along northern edge.

Availability: Unknown.

Achievability: Partly depends on landowner aspirations. Also needs amendment to green belt boundary first. Would need to be released from green belt. Likely to be served by Letchworth Sewage Treatment Works, where additional works to increase capacity required before major greenfield housing goes ahead.
