Initially, it was an alley closed to the public and without a specific function.

The objective of our proposal is the reactivation of this space, making it a resting place and, at the same time, a living element which combines public and private areas. We try to recover the concept of traditional Mediterranean street.

The multifunctionality of the alley as an attraction for the public. A space that everyone can take control of and be active in. Where several social profiles interact. We can define four functional areas where cultural activities, leisure and recreational services take place.

Subject: Final Master ThesisTeacher: Camilla Mileto & Fernando Vegas. Composition Department. Polytechnic University of Valencia.Location: Caudete (Albacete) Program: The neighborhood of San Francisco is located just outside the urban center of Caudete. It was built between 1901 and 1910, in order to accommodate local laborers and low-income families. The urban model was the organization in rectangular blocks on an orthogonal plane. Emblematic buildings were located an the angles. The neighborhood was conceived to operate independently from the rest of the town.

Constructive elements respond to common decorative criteria. The construction quality is noticeable in those homes that have been slightly modified. Brick elements decorate the corners and also structure the different parts of the facade. The military architecture influence, in hygienic matters, and the French style of the features are a reflection of the vital experiences of its promoter.

From this study we will try to establish guidelines for the intervention based on general criteria for the protection and conservation of the architectural whole. This architectural complex is of vital importance to the people of Caudete.

PortfolioIdeas competition for the Official College of Architects of Castilla la Mancha stand in 2014 EFENALBA. In colaboration with David Castillo.

Location: Albacete, recinto ferial IFAB (Spain).Program: Brainstorming to adapt and provide content for the stand whitch will represent the Official College of Architects of Castilla la Mancha at the EFENALBA (Energy Efficiency fair). In order to attract and connect directly to the visiting public.The main requirements were to get low cost materials, a short assembly time in situ as well as an interesting audiovisual proposal.The project presented was awarded first prize, so it will be executed in the next edition of the fair.

PortfolioProposal for restoration and enhancement of the Castle of Eldas inner enclosure.July 2014. In colaboration with Jaime Giner.

Localization: Elda, Alicante(Spain).Program: Project commissioned by the administration in order to apply for state funding.The restoration of the inner enclosure of the castle is proposed to facilitate public access to it. The intervention restores the volume of disappeared walls and towers, returning to the set materiality and corporeality that the whole must have in the past.
